AzureMoto will retain, process and use Personal Information until the specific purpose has fulfilled, terminated, changed, or the date when the contract between you and AzureMoto has been fully performed, expired, cancelled or terminated. Unless you agree to extend the period or otherwise provided by the laws, AzureMoto shall destroy, delete, or de-identification the Personal Information after the aforementioned period expires.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER AND OUTSOURCING PERSONAL INFORMATION
If it is necessary for AzureMoto to transfer your Personal Information outside of Taiwan or engage third-party for providing services due to business needs, the recipient of international transfer or outsourced vendor will also be required to comply with relevant personal information protection laws. The recipient of international transfer may be any of the countries where AzureMoto has a company or office. AzureMoto will implement the personal information protection impact assessment procedure in advance if required by law.
